Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to host this website, send and receive email, manage session registration and send the newsletter. They handle information on our behalf under their own privacy terms, and some of them store it outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union.
Sessions
Sessions run under the Chatham House Rule. We do not record sessions or publish the guest list.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond and to run the series, and we keep newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
